I have written and argued over five dozen appeals in the state and federal courts in both civil and criminal matters. I produce high-quality written work that forces courts to take notice of the issues raised by your case. Sample matters include United States v. Foster, No. 11–6414 (U.S. 6th Circuit) (two convictions reversed on double jeopardy grounds, resulting in twenty-five years off of defendant's sentence); Planned Parenthood v. Schimel, No. 15-1736 (U.S. 7th Circuit) (successful defense of permanent injunction against abortion restrictions after state's appeal); People v. Brown, No. B224821 (Cal. Second District) (reversal of $43,000 criminal restitution order).
